We thank you for your interest in our products and more particularly the recently launched Nubia Z50S Pro. 

As you may have noticed in the past few weeks, we’ve experienced logistics delays for our existing as well as prospective customers. Those delays are due to the high demand for certain variants of Nubia Z50S products as well as shipping slowdown before Holiday Seasons.  

We are still facing uncertainties regarding timing and want to use this blog post to provide you with the latest shipping updates on a regular basis: 

Shipping Status:

[November 21th]

We are pleased to inform you about the current shipping details for our range of product models:

Black/16GB+1TB: If you choose this model, you can confidently place your order now, with an expected shipping timeframe of within 7 days.

Black/12GB+256GB, Khaki/12GB+1TB, and Black/12GB+1TB: For these models, orders placed now will be shipped at the earliest within 12 hours.

Regarding delivery times, for orders within Italy, we estimate a swift delivery period of 1-3 days. For our customers across the EU, the delivery may take approximately 2 to 7 days.

Khaki/12GB+1TB: Our limited stock for this model is ideal for those looking to take advantage of our Black Friday deals. Orders for this variant will be expedited, with shipping commencing within 12 hours. Deliveries in Italy are anticipated within 24 hours, and in the EU, between 1-5 days.

Black/12GB+1TB: We have a sufficient supply of units in stock, with all the pending shipping orders set to be finalized tonight. Plus, we are pleased to announce that an additional batch of units is available for immediate purchase. Act fast and secure your device today while supplies last!

We are delighted to bring you the most recent updates regarding the shipping of our Khaki/12GB+1TB model. Currently, we have 10 units of this model in stock, ready for immediate dispatch. Orders will be shipped from our facility within 12 hours, and customers within the EU can expect delivery within a period of 1-5 days.

At this moment, we do not have further updates concerning other models. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide you with the latest information. Thank you for your continued support.

[November 15th]

We would like to provide an update regarding the shipping of our Khaki / 12GB+1TB model. For those who placed orders between October 24th and November 12th, we anticipate delivery within a timeframe of 1-5 days.

Furthermore, we currently have 8 units of this model available for immediate purchase. These units will be dispatched from our Italian warehouse within 12 hours of order placement, with customers in the EU region expected to receive their orders within 1-7 days.

Please be advised that all new orders for any model will now be processed and fulfilled starting from the 24th of this month. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered as swiftly as possible.

[November 14th]

We are pleased to inform you that orders for the Black/12GB+256GB variant, placed between September 29th and November 3rd, have been dispatched as of November 13th. Delivery for these orders is anticipated within a timeframe of 1-5 days.

Regarding the Khaki/12GB+1TB variant, orders placed between October 1st and November 4th were shipped in two separate batches, on November 7th and November 11th. We expect these orders to be delivered within a period of 1-3 days.

It is also our pleasure to confirm that all orders of the Black/12GB+1TB variant, made between September 28th and October 24th, have been successfully delivered as of October.

Lastly, for customers awaiting the Black/16GB+1TB variant, we wish to notify you that any pending and new orders will begin shipping after November 20th, in accordance with the sequence of order placements.

Please rest assured that we are doing everything within our power to accelerate the process and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. We will provide an updated shipping status in this post, while we will directly contact customers to inform them about their status.

Existing orders are being fulfilled according to the date of purchase and the availability of each product variant in the warehouse.

New orders will be dispatched from our Italian warehouse from the end of November, and we expect it to arrive in early December.
